~Michelle Johnson, Ed Tech, Teaching & Learning
Four Sundays in July (and maybe longer!), I’ll be guiding mindfulness nature walks in Lower Hume Park.

Practice simple and fun techniques to de-stress and re-engage with the beauty in the world.

We will be playing with techniques from ancient wise traditions, as well as delving into modern practices of Forest Bathing (shinrin yoku), HeartMath, Ecotherapy, and more!

Dates:  Sundays - July 9, 16, 23, & 30
Time:  10:30 a.m. – noon-ish
Location:  Lower Hume Park, New Westminster (Meet at the Picnic Shelter next to the washrooms)
If you have a group of 6 or more people, and would like me to come to a park near you, just let me know and we’ll make it happen!
Cost:  Suggested Donation $20
Items to bring with you:  Water to drink, small towel or blanket for sitting on the ground, journal and pen, umbrella/rain-gear if needed. Please wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing and footwear.
