Reconnecting With Nature

Picture

July 2016

Saturday morning sessions focused on fun and practical methods to de-stress using nature as our teacher and tool.
Explore nature-based activities combined with mindfulness and meditation techniques and a dose of silliness and play.
Sign up for the individual sessions that catch your eye or that fit your schedule, or come to all 3 for a discounted price.

Leave each session deeply reconnected to yourself, others, and the environment around you.
