Staff Burnout & Change Fatigue can be Prevented
We make stress management fun, it’s true. ​

We provide teams and organizations with customized wellness solutions on-site and remotely.

As the workplace constantly changes it is important to keep all employees happy, healthy, and engaged in their environment.

Our programs range from short, guided wellness breaks to multiple day programs and series. Designed to deliver innovative wellness solutions and unique learning experiences in-person, on-site and in online environments.

Cheney weaves together the science of the brain and nature with her years of organizational development experience, helping people adapt to change, manage stress, build resilience, and improve communications and relationships.

Personal Development Coaching:
  • One-to-one support for building personal resilience, specific goal achievement, everyday stress management, acute situations of change or loss, &/or creating a personal wellness plan.
