Using these simple concepts, we connect our experience through the plant itself, and the nature around us, to promote deep healing with clear intention. This technique is therapeutic and not simply getting high to mask pain.
Different Strains for Different Pains Workshop (90 minute information session) This short presentation covers the basics about safe Cannabis use and an introduction to Cheney’s 4 Guiding Practices to Conscious Cannabis Consumption.
We review a variety of consumption options (edibles, topicals, smokeables, etc.), which ones might be right for you, and what is available in today’s market. Learn and understand the differences between CBD & THC, and the effects different cannabinoids and strains have on your body.
Mindful Medication Program (6 session series) Learn to apply our simple 4-step process in this in-depth experiential course, designed to help you determine your own specific doses and best practices for different situations and needs. Review a variety of methods for preparing and consuming cannabis, as well as the importance of understanding set, setting, source and dose.
These are offered as in-person sessions around the Lower Mainland, as well as a live, interactive webinar series for those who prefer to participate in an online experience.
Mindful Medication Walks (2.5-3 hour walk) A guided mindful experience incorporating Nature Therapy and conscious cannabis use for blissfully engaging and renewing experiences. Re-connect with nature and yourself in a deep and joyful way.
