Welcome! I hope you find your experiences here refreshing and rewarding! I aim to combine therapeutic nature-based experiences with thought-provoking discussions. Feel free to just to immerse yourself in the images of nature for a moment of renewal in your day, or grab a cup of tea and have a long read! What to Expect
My blogs reflect my own experiences. The topics will hopefully spark innovation, creation, joy, and peace (even when the topics seem controversial!). I will be sharing my perspectives, passions, and practices for well-being. My style is to speak (and write 😊) openly and candidly – consequently, there is a distinct possibility that there may be some fiery, adult words used every now and then. I am an avid advocate for:
Expect some uncomfortable and controversial topics involving cows, cannabis, and crop production. While there may be random rants involving my disbelief at some of our current worldly predicaments, I do try to keep it light and lean towards the positive solutions. I believe that it is more important to focus on what we stand for than put energy towards what we are fighting against (but sometimes both conversations are necessary for transformation). The tools, practices, and information that I share is guiding or inspiring me in some meaningful way. I will share stories about my experiences, and hopefully they will inspire you to share yours. References and Resources I will be providing some resources and reference materials here. That said, I can’t possibly cover the wide and amazing array of materials being released on these topics, so please seek out other sources of information as well! Feel free to send me any resource material you’d like me to review, or topics you’d like me to write about. I can’t promise I’ll blog about it, but I will do my best to cover any topics you’d like me to discuss.
